 HumanKind Housing is a mission driven Developer of affordable and low income housing. We believe that in the 21 st century nobody should have a feeling of hopelessness. That is unfortunately not the case as America is currently in a housing crisis. Economists suggest a household should be spending no more than 30% of their income to sustain a financial balance. Currently there are 18 million households that are spending at least 50% of the income on housing. This is not sustainable for the future of our country.

 It is our believe that the strength of our country is through its empowered citizens. We aim to empower all our residents by giving them a strong community to call home. It is our goal to help our residents develop a sense of pride in being part of a unified community. Through supportive services our communities and their citizens can thrive for generations to come.
